By accessing or using buildergel.app (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep it up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code.
• Resell or sublicense access to the Service without written permission.

Payments & Subscriptions

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All payments are processed securely by Stripe. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis — contact us within 7 days of a charge if you believe it was made in error.

We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. Continued use after the notice period constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of BuilderGel.app. Your content remains yours — by uploading it, you grant us a limited license to display and process it solely to operate the Service.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You may export your data before account closure.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BuilderGel.app shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Service.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which BuilderGel.app is incorporated, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Changes

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by email or via a prominent notice in the Service at least 14 days before the change takes effect.
